KING’S LANDING

OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP, PROMOTIONAL PLAY, ACCOUNT AND REDEMPTION RULES

Last Updated: July 24, 2026
Effective Date: The date the King’s Landing website is publicly launched.

These Official Rules govern registration, membership, account access, promotional offers, referral rewards, use of available third-party entertainment platforms, account funding, redemption requests, and related services made available through the King’s Landing website.

By creating an account, submitting information, accepting promotional credits, requesting platform access, funding an account, participating in an offer, or requesting a redemption, a member confirms that the member has read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.

WEBSITE DESCRIPTION

King’s Landing is a private, membership-based online promotional entertainment community. The King’s Landing website provides eligible members with a central location to:

Create and manage a membership account;

Verify their identity and eligibility;

Review available promotional entertainment platforms;

Request account credentials or platform access;

Select an available platform;

Review current promotions and member offers;

Submit an account-funding request through an approved payment provider;

Participate in referral and loyalty programs;

Review account and promotional-credit information;

Contact King’s Landing support.

King’s Landing may provide administrative access to independently operated third-party platforms. King’s Landing does not represent that it owns, develops, controls, or operates every third-party platform displayed on the website.

Platform availability, game availability, balances, service interruptions, and platform rules may be controlled partly or entirely by the applicable third-party platform provider.

Participation is restricted to eligible adults physically located in a jurisdiction where the applicable activity is lawful.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These Official Rules establish the requirements for using the King’s Landing website, member portal, promotional programs, referral program, platform-access services, account-funding process, and redemption-request system.

These rules apply to:

The King’s Landing public website;

The King’s Landing member registration system;

The King’s Landing member dashboard;

Identity-verification procedures;

Promotional-credit and match-play offers;

Referral and loyalty rewards;

Account-funding requests;

Redemption requests;

Communications sent through email, text message, website notifications, social media, or support channels; and

Any additional King’s Landing service that incorporates these rules.

A specific promotion may include additional terms. When specific promotional terms conflict with these general rules, the specific promotional terms will control only for that promotion, provided those terms are lawful and were clearly disclosed before participation.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To create or use a King’s Landing account, an individual must:

Be a natural person and not a corporation, automated system, agent, nominee, or representative registering for another person;

Be at least 21 years old;

Be physically located in an approved geographic area;

Be legally permitted to participate in the applicable activity;

Provide complete and accurate registration information;

Successfully complete any required identity, age, location, payment, or account verification;

Maintain only one King’s Landing account;

Use a payment method lawfully owned or authorized for use by the member;

Accept these Official Rules and the King’s Landing Privacy Policy and Terms of Use; and

Maintain an account in good standing.

Employees, contractors, administrators, payment processors, platform providers, and members of their immediate households may be restricted from participating in certain promotions when their participation could create an unfair advantage or conflict of interest.

King’s Landing may request additional verification at any time.

3. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

King’s Landing services are available only where the applicable activity is lawful.

A member must be physically located in an approved jurisdiction when the member:

Registers an account;

Requests platform access;

Submits an account-funding request;

Participates in a promotion;

Uses a third-party platform; or

Submits a redemption request.

King’s Landing may use address records, government identification, payment information, device information, IP address information, geolocation tools, or third-party verification services to confirm a member’s location.

The use of a virtual private network, proxy server, remote-access service, location-spoofing software, false address, or any other method intended to conceal or misrepresent a member’s physical location is prohibited.

King’s Landing may restrict access from any state, territory, country, county, city, or other jurisdiction when:

The activity may be prohibited or restricted;

Legal requirements are unclear;

Required registrations, licenses, or approvals have not been obtained;

A payment or platform provider does not support the location;

Fraud or security risks are elevated; or

King’s Landing determines that providing service would create an unreasonable legal or operational risk.

No jurisdiction should be activated on the website until qualified legal counsel has approved the King’s Landing operating model for that jurisdiction.

4. AGE REQUIREMENT

All members must be at least 21 years old.

King’s Landing may require a member to provide:

A valid driver’s license;

A valid state identification card;

A valid passport;

A live photograph or selfie;

Date-of-birth confirmation; or

Other documentation reasonably necessary to confirm age and identity.

A parent, guardian, spouse, relative, or other adult may not create or maintain an account for a person under 21.

Accounts associated with an underage individual will be immediately restricted and may be permanently closed.

5. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

A prospective member must complete the official King’s Landing registration form.

Required registration information may include:

Full legal name;

Date of birth;

Residential address;

City, state, and ZIP code;

Mobile telephone number;

Email address;

Preferred username;

Preferred platform;

Referral code or referring member;

Government-issued identification;

Identity-verification photograph;

Payment-account information; and

Acceptance of the applicable website agreements.

Registration does not guarantee account approval.

King’s Landing may decline, delay, or condition registration based on eligibility, verification results, geographic restrictions, prior account history, fraud indicators, platform availability, legal requirements, or operational limitations.

Registration information must be truthful, current, complete, and consistent with the member’s identification and payment information.

A member may not register using:

A false name;

A nickname in place of a legal name;

Another person’s identity;

A temporary or fraudulent telephone number;

A disposable email address used to avoid account restrictions;

A false residential address;

Stolen or altered identification; or

Another person’s payment information without documented authorization.

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

Each member is responsible for maintaining the security of the member’s:

King’s Landing login credentials;

Email account;

Mobile telephone;

Platform username and password;

Payment credentials;

Verification codes; and

Personal identification information.

Members must not share, sell, lease, transfer, lend, or allow another individual to use their King’s Landing or platform account.

Activity completed through a member’s verified account may be treated as activity authorized by that member unless King’s Landing receives timely notice of unauthorized access.

Members must immediately notify King’s Landing support if they believe:

Their account has been accessed without permission;

Their credentials have been exposed;

Their identity has been misused;

Their payment information has been compromised; or

An unauthorized transaction has occurred.

King’s Landing may reset credentials, freeze account activity, require reverification, or restrict account access to protect the member and the system.

King’s Landing will never request a member’s full password through social media comments or an unsolicited direct message.

7. AVAILABLE PLATFORMS

King’s Landing may provide administrative access to third-party promotional entertainment platforms, including, when available:

River Sweeps;

Thunder;

Juwa;

Juwa 2;

V-Blink;

Golden Dragon; and

Other approved platforms displayed in the King’s Landing member portal.

Platform availability may change without advance notice.

A platform may be temporarily or permanently removed because of:

Scheduled maintenance;

Provider downtime;

Security concerns;

Changes in provider terms;

Geographic restrictions;

Compliance requirements;

Payment issues;

Technical incompatibility; or

Discontinuation by the provider.

Each platform may have separate rules, technical requirements, game mechanics, balance records, and account procedures. Members are responsible for reviewing and following all applicable platform rules.

King’s Landing does not guarantee that every game, platform, feature, or promotional offer will remain continuously available.

A member may not attempt to access an unavailable platform through an old link, unauthorized application, copied credentials, modified software, or another member’s account.

8. ACCOUNT CREDITS AND PROMOTIONAL CREDITS

For administrative purposes, the website may distinguish between the following:

8.1 Standard Account Credits

Standard Account Credits are credits assigned to a member’s approved platform account after completion and verification of an accepted account-funding transaction.

The website and platform records will determine the amount and time of each completed transaction.

8.2 Promotional Credits

Promotional Credits are bonus, match-play, referral, loyalty, free-play, contest, or other complimentary credits issued under a specific promotional offer.

Promotional Credits:

Are subject to the promotional terms under which they were issued;

May require minimum playthrough before any resulting balance becomes eligible for redemption;

May expire;

May be limited to specific platforms;

May be limited to one offer per person, device, household, payment method, or promotion;

May not be sold or transferred;

May not be redeemed directly unless expressly stated;

May be removed if issued because of an error, duplicate account, fraudulent referral, failed payment, or violation of these rules; and

Have no separate cash value before all promotional conditions are satisfied.

Promotional Credits must be displayed separately from Standard Account Credits whenever the applicable platform or system supports separate balance tracking.

9. PROMOTIONAL RULES

King’s Landing may offer:

Match-play promotions;

Time-window promotions;

New-member offers;

Reload promotions;

Free-play offers;

Referral rewards;

Loyalty rewards;

VIP offers;

Community-engagement promotions;

Limited-entry promotions; and

Other offers displayed on the website or in an official King’s Landing communication.

Every promotion should state:

The start date and time;

The ending date and time;

The applicable time zone;

The qualifying platform or platforms;

The qualifying transaction amount;

The promotional percentage or credit amount;

The number of permitted qualifying transactions;

The playthrough requirement;

The maximum eligible redemption;

Any expiration date; and

Any additional restrictions.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following default terms apply:

Default King’s Landing Promotional Conditions

Promotional Credits must be played through at least two times before any resulting balance becomes eligible for redemption. This requirement may be described in promotional materials as “must double to redeem.”

The maximum amount eligible for redemption from a promotional offer is 10 times the qualifying Standard Account Credit amount.

No more than two qualifying account-funding transactions are permitted per member during a single promotional offer.

A transaction must be fully completed during the stated promotional window.

Transactions initiated before or after the stated window do not qualify.

A member must claim or activate the promotion through the method stated in the offer.

Promotions cannot be combined unless the offer expressly permits combining them.

Promotional Credits may not be transferred between members or platforms.

Previously completed transactions cannot be retroactively added to a promotion.

A failed, reversed, disputed, refunded, or charged-back payment does not qualify.

A member must be verified and in good standing when the promotion is awarded and when a redemption is requested.

The time displayed in King’s Landing transaction records will control when determining eligibility for a time-limited promotion.

King’s Landing may correct an obvious promotional publishing error before credits are issued. King’s Landing will not retroactively change a clearly stated promotional term after a member has properly completed the qualifying action, except when required by law or necessary to correct fraud.

10. SPECIAL DRAWINGS, CONTESTS AND SWEEPSTAKES

Any separate prize drawing, randomized giveaway, contest, or sweepstakes must have promotion-specific official rules.

Those separate rules must identify:

The sponsor;

Eligibility requirements;

Geographic restrictions;

Promotion period;

Entry method;

Free alternative method of entry, when required;

Entry limitations;

Prize description and approximate value;

Winner-selection process;

Odds or factors affecting the likelihood of winning;

Winner-verification procedure;

Prize-delivery procedure; and

Applicable tax responsibilities.

No general King’s Landing promotional statement should be interpreted as creating a sweepstakes or prize drawing unless separate written rules have been published.

A purchase, payment, account funding, or paid transaction must not be required to enter a sweepstakes or improve the odds of winning when such a requirement would be prohibited.

11. REFERRAL-PROGRAM TERMS

Eligible members may participate in the King’s Landing referral program.

Unless a specific referral promotion states otherwise, a referring member will receive $20 in Promotional Credits after five verified active referrals qualify.

For referral-program purposes, an “Active Referral” means a new individual who:

Has never previously maintained a King’s Landing account;

Registers through the referring member’s valid referral link or code;

Is at least 21 years old;

Successfully completes identity verification;

Uses the individual’s own device, identification, contact information, and authorized payment method;

Completes a qualifying first account-funding transaction;

Completes any required minimum participation or playthrough;

Does not reverse, dispute, refund, or charge back the qualifying transaction;

Remains in good standing through the verification period; and

Is not determined to be fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, or controlled by the referring member.

Referral rewards:

Are issued as Promotional Credits unless expressly stated otherwise;

Are not direct cash payments;

Are subject to the standard promotional playthrough requirement;

May be limited to a reasonable number per member;

Cannot be transferred or sold;

May not be earned through paid identity use, account purchasing, misleading advertising, spam, or unauthorized incentives; and

May be withheld while the referred accounts are reviewed.

The following do not qualify:

Self-referrals;

Duplicate accounts;

Accounts created for a family member but controlled by the referring member;

Previously registered members;

Falsified identities;

Temporary or fabricated contact information;

Referred members using the referring member’s payment method;

Referred members using the same device for coordinated account activity;

Accounts created only to generate a reward; or

Accounts associated with a failed, reversed, or disputed payment.

King’s Landing may remove referral credits connected to an invalid referral.

12. ACCOUNT-FUNDING REQUIREMENTS

Account-funding requests must be submitted through the payment methods and website procedures approved by King’s Landing.

Available methods may include Tierlock or another payment, wallet, or transaction provider displayed on the website.

A member must:

Use the member’s own authorized payment account;

Enter accurate transaction information;

Submit any required transaction confirmation;

Wait for the transaction to be verified before using associated credits;

Review the transaction amount before confirming payment; and

Contact support promptly if a discrepancy occurs.

King’s Landing may delay credit assignment until the transaction has been fully verified.

Third-party payment providers may impose additional identity, processing, transaction, or security requirements.

A member may not:

Use a stolen payment method;

Use an unauthorized card or financial account;

Submit altered transaction receipts;

Submit the same transaction confirmation more than once;

Initiate payment and then falsely claim nonreceipt;

Reverse or dispute a valid transaction after receiving and using credits;

Structure transactions to evade review limits; or

Use another person’s payment method without authorization.

A legitimate payment problem should be reported to King’s Landing support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute whenever reasonably possible.

13. REDEMPTION AND PAYOUT CONDITIONS

A member may submit a redemption request through the King’s Landing member dashboard or another approved request method displayed on the website.

A redemption request is not final until it has been:

Submitted;

Verified;

Reviewed for promotional compliance;

Compared with the applicable platform records;

Approved by King’s Landing; and

Accepted for processing by the selected payment provider.

To qualify for redemption, a member must:

Be at least 21 years old;

Maintain a verified account;

Be physically located in an approved jurisdiction;

Have no unresolved identity discrepancy;

Have no unresolved payment dispute;

Have no active fraud investigation;

Satisfy all applicable promotional playthrough requirements;

Meet the minimum redemption amount displayed in the member portal;

Remain within applicable daily, weekly, platform, and promotional limits;

Provide accurate redemption information; and

Use a payment destination owned or lawfully controlled by the verified member.

Regular Processing Schedule

King’s Landing’s regular redemption-processing days are:

Monday;

Wednesday; and

Friday.

Federal holidays, banking holidays, announced closures, provider outages, compliance reviews, or technical interruptions may affect processing.

Submitting a request on a processing day does not guarantee same-day receipt.

Processing time may depend on:

Submission time;

Identity verification;

Platform record availability;

Promotional review;

Payment-provider processing;

Financial-institution processing;

Transaction limits;

Security review; and

Volume of pending requests.

Promotional Redemption Limits

Unless a promotion states otherwise:

Promotional Credits must satisfy a two-times playthrough requirement;

Promotional Credits cannot be redeemed directly;

Only the eligible resulting balance may be submitted for redemption; and

The maximum promotional redemption is 10 times the qualifying Standard Account Credit amount.

King’s Landing may request transaction records, screenshots, platform records, identity documents, or payment confirmation before approving a redemption.

Applicable fees, if any, must be disclosed to the member before the redemption is finalized.

Members are responsible for determining and reporting any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. King’s Landing may request tax information and issue required tax documentation.

14. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Members may not engage in conduct that compromises the integrity, security, fairness, or lawful operation of King’s Landing or an available platform.

Prohibited conduct includes:

Creating or controlling multiple accounts;

Sharing or transferring accounts;

Registering for another person;

Allowing an underage person to access an account;

Providing false registration information;

Submitting altered or stolen identification;

Misrepresenting physical location;

Using a VPN, proxy, emulator, location-spoofing service, or remote-access software to bypass restrictions;

Using unauthorized scripts, bots, automation, or software;

Exploiting a technical error, platform malfunction, pricing error, or promotional error;

Coordinating accounts to manipulate promotions or referrals;

Using stolen or unauthorized payment information;

Submitting false transaction records;

Initiating an improper chargeback;

Harassing, threatening, or impersonating a member, employee, administrator, or provider;

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another account;

Selling accounts, credentials, credits, promotional codes, or referral identities;

Laundering or attempting to disguise the source of funds;

Using King’s Landing for an unlawful purpose;

Abusing the support or dispute process;

Publishing another member’s private information;

Manipulating game or platform results;

Using coordinated play to create an artificial advantage;

Claiming a promotion more times than allowed; or

Attempting to circumvent an account restriction or closure.

Members must report known security vulnerabilities to King’s Landing support and must not exploit or publicly distribute them.

15. FRAUD AND DUPLICATE-ACCOUNT POLICY

Only one King’s Landing account is permitted per person.

Multiple eligible adults residing in one household may be required to complete enhanced verification. Sharing a residence does not automatically establish fraud, but each person must maintain independent:

Identification;

Contact information;

Login credentials;

Payment methods;

Platform usage; and

Account control.

King’s Landing may review relationships between accounts using information such as:

Name;

Date of birth;

Address;

Government identification;

Telephone number;

Email address;

Payment information;

Device identifiers;

IP address;

Geolocation;

Platform activity;

Referral relationships; and

Transaction patterns.

When duplicate-account or fraud concerns exist, King’s Landing may:

Restrict account access;

Pause transactions;

Pause redemptions;

Require additional documentation;

Compare activity across related accounts;

Remove improperly issued Promotional Credits;

Void transactions directly resulting from prohibited conduct;

Close duplicate or fraudulent accounts;

Report suspected unlawful activity to a payment provider, platform provider, or appropriate authority; or

Take other action reasonably necessary to protect members and the system.

King’s Landing should not confiscate an undisputed eligible balance merely because a review was opened. Any balance adjustment must be connected to documented fraud, prohibited conduct, a payment reversal, a promotional violation, a platform correction, or another valid contractual or legal reason.

16. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR CLOSURE

King’s Landing may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account when:

The member is ineligible;

Identity or age cannot be verified;

The member is located in a restricted jurisdiction;

Registration information is false or inconsistent;

Duplicate-account activity is detected;

Fraud or payment misuse is suspected;

A valid transaction is reversed or charged back;

The account is used by another person;

The member violates these Official Rules;

The member violates applicable platform terms;

Continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk;

A provider requires closure; or

King’s Landing discontinues the applicable service.

When reasonably appropriate, King’s Landing may provide the member an opportunity to respond or submit documentation.

Upon closure:

Access credentials may be disabled;

Pending promotions may be canceled;

Promotional Credits may expire or be removed;

Fraudulent or duplicated transactions may be reversed;

Pending redemptions may be reviewed;

Valid payment obligations may remain enforceable; and

Any undisputed eligible balance will be handled according to applicable law and these rules.

A member may request voluntary account closure through King’s Landing support.

Account closure does not prevent King’s Landing from retaining records necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax reporting, legal compliance, or enforcement of these rules.

A person whose account has been closed may not create a replacement account without written authorization from King’s Landing.

17. TECHNICAL ISSUES

King’s Landing and third-party services may occasionally experience:

Website downtime;

Platform downtime;

Delayed credit assignment;

Delayed balance updates;

Delayed notifications;

Payment-provider interruptions;

Internet or mobile-network interruptions;

Software errors;

Maintenance periods;

Incorrect display information; or

Data synchronization delays.

King’s Landing does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

If a technical issue occurs:

Members must stop attempting repeated transactions;

Members should preserve transaction receipts and screenshots;

Members should record the date, time, platform, username, and issue;

Members should submit the issue through the official support process; and

Members must not exploit or attempt to profit from the issue.

King’s Landing’s transaction records, payment-provider records, and platform-provider records will be reviewed together.

Those records will control absent a documented error.

An incorrectly displayed balance does not create a right to credits or payment that were not actually earned, funded, or awarded.

King’s Landing may correct an erroneous balance, duplicate credit, failed transaction, or platform-reporting error after reviewing the available records.

18. DISPUTE AND SUPPORT PROCEDURE

Members should submit questions, complaints, transaction disputes, promotional disputes, and redemption concerns through the official King’s Landing Contact Us or Support page.

A support request should include:

Member’s full legal name;

Registered telephone number;

Registered email address;

Platform name;

Platform username;

Transaction or redemption amount;

Date and approximate time;

Transaction confirmation, when applicable;

Relevant screenshots; and

A clear description of the requested resolution.

Members should not include full passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.

King’s Landing will review the website, platform, payment, promotion, and account records relevant to the dispute.

A member must submit a transaction or promotional dispute within 30 calendar days after the disputed event unless a longer period is required by law.

Submitting repeated, false, abusive, or misleading disputes may result in account restrictions.

Members should provide King’s Landing a reasonable opportunity to investigate a legitimate account or transaction issue before initiating a chargeback or third-party payment dispute.

Nothing in these rules removes any nonwaivable consumer right or legal remedy.

19. COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Members agree that King’s Landing may send account-related communications through:

Email;

Text message;

Member-dashboard notifications;

Website notices;

Telephone calls;

Official social-media messages; or

Other contact methods supplied by the member.

Transactional communications may include:

Verification codes;

Registration updates;

Platform credentials;

Funding confirmations;

Redemption updates;

Security alerts;

Rule changes;

Account restrictions; and

Support responses.

Promotional messages will be handled according to applicable marketing-consent requirements.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

A member may unsubscribe from marketing messages, but the member may continue to receive essential account, security, legal, and transaction communications.

20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

King’s Landing may use third-party service providers for:

Platform access;

Identity verification;

Age verification;

Payment processing;

Wallet services;

Website hosting;

Customer relationship management;

Email and text communications;

Fraud prevention;

Geolocation; and

Tax reporting.

Use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s separate terms and privacy policy.

King’s Landing is not responsible for an independent provider’s:

Service outage;

Processing delay;

Account restriction;

Technical failure;

Policy change;

Data handling outside King’s Landing’s control; or

Decision to discontinue service.

King’s Landing will use reasonable efforts to investigate provider-related issues affecting a member’s account.

21. RESPONSIBLE PARTICIPATION

King’s Landing is intended for adult entertainment.

Members should participate only with funds they can afford to spend and should not treat participation as employment, guaranteed income, an investment, or a solution to financial hardship.

King’s Landing does not guarantee:

Profit;

Winnings;

A particular result;

Continuous platform access;

Continuous promotional availability; or

Approval of an invalid redemption request.

A member may request:

Temporary account restriction;

Promotional-message restriction;

Account closure; or

Information about available responsible-participation resources.

King’s Landing may impose account limits or cooling-off periods when reasonably necessary for member protection, compliance, or risk management.

22. TAX RESPONSIBILITIES

Members are responsible for determining whether credits, prizes, redemptions, or other benefits are taxable.

King’s Landing may:

Request a completed Form W-9;

Request a taxpayer identification number;

Apply legally required withholding;

Issue a Form W-2G, Form 1099, or other required tax document; and

Report qualifying payments to the appropriate taxing authority.

Failure to provide required tax information may delay or prevent processing.

King’s Landing does not provide individual tax advice.

23. CHANGES TO THE RULES

King’s Landing may update these Official Rules to reflect:

Changes to the website;

New or discontinued platforms;

New payment providers;

Changes to promotional programs;

Security improvements;

Changes in applicable law;

Provider requirements;

Fraud-prevention measures; or

Changes in King’s Landing operations.

Material changes will be posted on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

When reasonably required, King’s Landing may also provide notice by email, text message, or member-dashboard notification.

Changes will apply prospectively unless:

Retroactive application is required by law;

The change corrects fraud or an obvious system error; or

The member expressly agrees to retroactive application.

Continued use of the website after an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised rules to the extent permitted by law.

24. INTERPRETATION AND SEVERABILITY

Headings are included for convenience and do not limit the meaning of these rules.

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

King’s Landing’s failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

No employee, administrator, social-media moderator, or representative may modify these rules through an informal message unless the modification is published as an official promotion or approved written amendment.
